Placement

Placement support and career outcomes

What we do, stated plainly, and what we do not claim.

What we actually do

Resume and LinkedIn rebuilt around Fabric work you have shipped, mock interviews with the trainer, and interview preparation on the questions this role is actually asked.

What we do not claim

We do not quote a placement percentage and we do not guarantee a job. No institute can evidence either, and the ones that publish a number rarely explain how it was counted.

Who hires these skills

Hyderabad's capability centres and consultancies run Microsoft-stack analytics. Fabric adoption is what creates the openings; your portfolio is what gets you shortlisted.

Companies hiring Microsoft-stack analytics professionals in Hyderabad include the firms below. They are not partners of, or affiliated with, Azure Trainings.

Why us

Why choose this Microsoft Fabric institute in Hyderabad

Every reason below is something you can verify before you pay.

Taught in a live workspace

Sessions run inside the Fabric portal, not on slides. Every concept is built, broken and fixed while you watch, then repeated by you.

Built on the published exam

Modules map to the four DP-600 skill areas and Microsoft's own weightings, so revision time goes where the marks are.

Honest about the boundaries

Where Fabric does not yet replace Synapse or ADF, we say so. Where Direct Lake silently falls back, we show you the failure rather than the happy path.

Capacity and cost included

F SKUs, capacity units and the metrics app. The part most courses skip, and the part that causes the first argument with finance.

A named trainer

One trainer for the batch, named on this page, with a public LinkedIn profile you can check before you enrol.

Small batches

Limited seats so the trainer can watch your screen when your notebook fails, which is when the learning happens.

Outcomes

Microsoft Fabric skills you will learn

Ten concrete capabilities you walk out with.

01 ✓

Decide where data belongs

Lakehouse, Warehouse or Eventhouse — and defend the choice when someone senior disagrees.

02 ✓

Build a medallion layout that survives

Bronze to gold in a real workspace, with table maintenance that keeps it fast.

03 ✓

Model for Direct Lake

A star schema that actually falls into Direct Lake instead of silently reverting to DirectQuery.

04 ✓

Write DAX that performs

Variables, iterators, calculation groups, and the habit of measuring before and after.

05 ✓

Secure a workspace properly

Row, column, object and file-level access, sensitivity labels, endorsement.

06 ✓

Ship without breaking reports

Git, deployment pipelines and impact analysis before you release.

07 ✓

Read the capacity metrics app

Find what is burning capacity units and fix it before finance asks.

08 ✓

Query in four languages

SQL, KQL, DAX and the visual editor, picking the right one each time.

09 ✓

Migrate from Synapse or ADF

Map an existing pipeline or warehouse onto Fabric equivalents, and name what does not map.

10 ✓

Explain Fabric to a stakeholder

What it costs, what it replaces, and what it will not fix.

Projects

Real-time Fabric projects you will build

Four builds in a live Fabric workspace. Each one produces something you can open in an interview.

Retail sales lakehouse, end to end

Ingest daily sales and returns from flat files and an Azure SQL source, build bronze, silver and gold layers in a Lakehouse, then serve a Direct Lake semantic model to a Power BI report.

Data Factory PySpark Delta tables Direct Lake

Warehouse migration from Synapse

Take an existing star schema in a dedicated SQL pool and rebuild it as a Fabric Warehouse, comparing load patterns and query performance side by side.

T-SQL Stored procedures Cross-database queries Benchmarking

Real-time operations dashboard

Stream device events through an Eventstream into an Eventhouse, query with KQL, build a Real-Time dashboard and raise a Data Activator alert on a threshold.

Eventstream KQL Real-Time dashboard Data Activator

Governed release across environments

Put a workspace under Git, build dev, test and production deployment pipelines, apply row-level security and sensitivity labels, and run an impact analysis before release.

Eligibility

Who can join this Microsoft Fabric training?

One requirement: working SQL. Everything else is taught.

01

Power BI developers

You build reports and models already, and the data behind them is moving into Fabric.

02

SQL and BI developers

T-SQL and star schemas transfer directly. Fabric changes where data sits, not the modelling skill.

03

Azure data engineers

You work in ADF or Synapse and need the Fabric equivalents, plus the analytics side.

04

Data analysts

You have outgrown Excel and Power BI Desktop and want to own the model, not just the report.

05

Teams migrating to Fabric

Capacity is bought and nobody is sure how to run it. Workspaces, domains, governance and cost.

06

Career switchers with SQL

You can already write SQL. That is the entry requirement; everything else is taught.

Certification

Microsoft Fabric certification in Hyderabad: DP-600

The exam this course prepares you for, with Microsoft’s own published weightings.

Prepare data

45–50% of the exam

Get data, transform it, and query it with SQL, KQL, DAX or the visual editor. The largest section by some distance.

Maintain a data analytics solution

25–30% of the exam

Security and governance, plus version control, deployment pipelines and impact analysis.

Implement and manage semantic models

25–30% of the exam

Star schemas, relationships, advanced DAX, Direct Lake configuration and incremental refresh.

Weightings come from Microsoft’s DP-600 study guide. Microsoft revises exams without much notice, so check the study guide before you book — and check the fee there too, rather than trust a number from any institute, including this one.

Why 2026

Why Microsoft Fabric is a strong career move in Hyderabad in 2026

Three things specific to this city and this year.

Hyderabad runs on Microsoft

The capability centres and consultancies here are overwhelmingly Microsoft-stack. Fabric adoption lands in Hyderabad early.

The credential is specific

DP-600 is asked for by name. A defined, examinable target beats a vague requirement for “Power BI experience”.

It branches, it does not dead-end

Analytics engineering leads into data engineering, platform administration or architecture.

Where do I start? SQL, then the platform, then ingestion, then semantic models, then governance, then the exam. In that order.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

The twelve questions counsellors are asked most about this course.

Which Fabric certification should I take — DP-600 or DP-700?

DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate) if you come from Power BI, SQL or BI development and your work ends in a report or semantic model. DP-700 (Fabric Data Engineer Associate) if your work is pipelines, Spark and ingestion. This course prepares you for DP-600; our Azure Data Engineer course covers DP-700.

Do I need Power BI experience to join?

No, but you do need working SQL. Power BI concepts are taught from Module 9 onward. If you have never written a SELECT with a JOIN, tell the counsellor before enrolling so we can place you correctly.

Is Microsoft Fabric replacing Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory?

Fabric brings equivalents of both under one SaaS product with OneLake underneath. Plenty of organisations still run Synapse and ADF and will for years. We teach the Fabric equivalents and are explicit about where the mapping is not one-to-one.

What does the DP-600 exam cost?

Microsoft sets and changes the price, and it varies by country. Check the exam page on Microsoft Learn for the current figure rather than trust a number from any institute, including this one. The fee is paid to Microsoft, not to us.

How long is the course?

Two months. That assumes you are comfortable with SQL on day one; if you are not, expect extra hours during the first three modules.

Do you provide a Fabric workspace for practice?

You work in a Fabric workspace during sessions. Microsoft also offers a Fabric trial and free Power BI Desktop, and we show you how to set both up so you can practise between classes.

What is Direct Lake, and why does it get a whole module?

Direct Lake lets a semantic model read Delta tables in OneLake directly, without importing or issuing DirectQuery calls. It is the biggest performance idea in Fabric analytics and the easiest to get subtly wrong, which is why we spend a module on when it falls back.

Is there placement support?

Resume building, LinkedIn setup, mock interviews and interview preparation. We do not quote a placement percentage, because no institute can evidence one.

Is Fabric worth learning if my company has not adopted it?

The modelling, SQL and DAX skills transfer whether or not your employer moves. The Fabric-specific parts are worth the time only if adoption is on the horizon. If it is not, the Azure Data Engineer course may be the better spend.

Do you teach capacity and licensing?

Yes. F SKUs, capacity units, what consumes them, and how to read the capacity metrics app.

Classroom or live online — which is better?

Same trainer and syllabus. Classroom suits learners who want the room and the questions around them; live online suits working professionals. Both are live, neither is recorded playback.

What if I miss a session?

Recordings are available for the course duration as a catch-up option. They are a safety net, not the course.
